If you are looking for stand up comedy that is outside the box, inventive, clean, and hilarious; the comedic duo of Brandon and Tim are your guys.

Brandon and Tim's unique blend of parody and wit began when they met as roommates in college while attending Vanguard University to study theatre and film. During this time they both became members of the sketch comedy team The Delivery Boys and immediately their onstage chemistry was noticed. In 2007 the two co-wrote and starred in an online video parody of the film 300 titled 305, which was a huge viral success garnering over 4 million hits on YouTube alone. The short film was turned into a feature length film that came out on DVD in 2008 and is available in stores such as Blockbuster and Hollywood Video, worldwide. The film garnished critical acclaim at several prestigious film festivals including, The Newport Beach Film Festival, The Fargo Film Festival, and the 2008 Palm Beach Film Festival, at which the duo was invited to present actress Cheryl Hines with a special award. Most recently the comedic duo was one the finalists in the Orange County Comedy Competition at the Irvine Improv. They can be seen performing at various colleges and clubs, including The World Famous Improv Comedy Club,  The Comedy Store, The Ice House, The HaHa Café, The Jon Lovitz Comedy Club, and opening for veteran talents such as Nick Swardson, Owen Benjamin, Jason Collings, and Dwayne Perkins.  
    
Brandon and Tim’s unique and witty comedy is in high demand at clubs, colleges, and festivals across the country.

  

 

 

Brandon Tyra

This native of Orange County has already taken on film (with roles in Arachne Picture’s Arizona and a featured performance in the music video “Dig” for the band Incubus) and theatre (ScapinoA Midsummer Nights Dream,The Music Man).  Recently, Brandon starred in a short parody of the movie 300 that was featured as part of the MTV Movie awards called 305, it was an internet sensation earning over 4 million views in 2 weeks, and featured on CNN and VH1’S Best Week Ever.  A former member of the sketch comedy team The Delivery Boys he also completed all 6 levels at the prestigious Improv Olympic West.

With solo performances at The Las Vegas Comedy FestivalThe 4th and B TheaterThe Ice House and most impressively The Improv (Irvine, Ontario, Brea, and Hollywood) he continues to prove himself on stage.  Shortly after his entrance in the world of stand up, Brandon Tyra entered and won a comedy contest at the Ontario Improv called The King Of the Water Cooler, hosted by Gary Cannon.  After winning the contest, the opportunities and shows have only gotten better and better.  After performing a spot on Stand Up For AOL, (a comedy showcase sponsored by America Online) he received the opportunity to perform for Adelphia Cable Company, in which he headlined for 300 people.  Brandon has performed with upcoming and veteran talents such as, John Heffron, Kyle Cease, Ian Bagg, Pablo Francisco, Jeff Dunham and Bob Saget. He has also made a guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live and was recently named Orange County’s Funniest Person.

Tim Larson

Tim Larson was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. He graduated from Vanguard University in Orange County, CA receiving his B.A. in Theatre and a Minor in Film. Tim has studied with The Groundlings School of Improvisation in Los Angeles as well as Trollwood Performing Arts School in North Dakota. 


He has actively been involved in theatre for many years from the technical side to standing center stage in a wide range of roles including  Shakespeare's  Macbeth, Mr. Mushnic from Little Shop of Horrors, and even Fiddler on the Roof's beloved Tevye. Tim has been writing and performing in several improvisational/sketch comedy teams over the years including Donkey Hotey's Improvcicles, Marco Pollo ImprovMarket Fresh Produce Sketch Comedy, and The Delivery Boys. Tim is also a published playwright and wrote the hit one act play Well Written which is currently performed all around the country in high schools and colleges.
